Your Yearbook Ladder makes it easy to see the progress of each section of your book. As you work throughout the year, you may notice different statuses next to your sections.
In Progress – The section is available and work has begun, but it has not yet been submitted for review.
Checked Out – A user is currently working in the section. While a section is checked out, certain book-wide changes may be unavailable until the section is checked back in.
Complete – The user working on the section has finished their work and submitted it for adviser review.
Reviewed – The adviser has reviewed and approved the completed section.
Use your Yearbook Ladder throughout the year to monitor progress and make sure sections are moving toward completion before your final submission deadline.
Tip: Encourage anyone working on the yearbook to check sections back in when they are finished editing so the book remains available for review and book-wide updates.
