Yearbook EZ allows multiple users to collaborate on the yearbook, making it easy to divide responsibilities between students, teachers, or other staff members.
Add Individual Users
Each person working on the yearbook can be added as a user and given the appropriate permissions.
Assign Sections
Use the Yearbook Ladder to assign specific sections to different users. This helps everyone know which pages they are responsible for completing.
Set Clear Responsibilities
Before designing begins, decide who will handle areas such as portraits, sports, clubs, candid photos, captions, sales, or final proofing.
Use Section Statuses to Track Progress
Monitor the Yearbook Ladder to see which sections are being worked on, which are complete, and which are ready for adviser review.
Review Before Approving
When a section is completed, the adviser can review the work before it becomes part of the finished book.
Tip: Encourage users to check their sections back in when they are finished editing. This helps keep the book available for adviser review and other book-wide updates.
Clear assignments and regular check-ins can make collaborating on the yearbook much easier.
