Before you begin building portrait pages, take a few minutes to review and organize your portrait information. This can help prevent corrections later in the design process.
1. Confirm Your Portraits Are Available
Make sure the portrait photos you plan to use have been uploaded and are available in the Portraits area of Yearbook EZ.
2. Proof Student Names & Class Placements
Review student names, spelling, grade or class placement, and teacher information before flowing portraits onto your pages.
Helpful Resource: Use the How to Proof Your Portrait Directory guide to complete a class-by-class review with your teachers.
3. Make Necessary Corrections
Update any incorrect student information before creating your portrait pages.
4. Review Retakes
If your school has completed retake day, make sure any necessary retake portraits have been updated before finalizing your portrait pages.
5. Build & Review Your Portrait Pages
Once your portrait information is accurate, you can begin creating your portrait pages and reviewing the final layout.
Taking time to proof portraits first can save you from having to make multiple corrections later.
