Before submitting your yearbook for print, take time to carefully review the entire book. Once your book is ready, use Preview & Submit in Yearbook EZ to complete the final proofing and submission process.
Before submitting, we recommend checking the following:
☐ All planned sections and pages are complete
☐ Student names and portrait information have been proofed
☐ Retake photos have been updated where needed
☐ Photos are clear and positioned correctly
☐ Spelling, captions, headlines, and other text have been reviewed
☐ Page numbers are correct, if included
☐ Yearbook ads have been placed and reviewed, if applicable
☐ The cover has been carefully reviewed
☐ Any remaining Yearbook EZ warnings have been reviewed and corrected as needed
☐ The entire book has been previewed from beginning to end
☐ Your final proof has been reviewed and approved
Take your time during the final review. This is your opportunity to catch any last-minute changes before your yearbook is submitted for print.
